The cast also hinted at a focus on exploring past issues between Bow Wow and mentor Jermaine Dupri; and Zonnique and Reginae, who are working to recreate the bond they once shared.

After the screening, the Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta stars and their guests headed to new Atlanta nightspot Revel, where they recreated a vibe worthy of JD’s hit “Welcome to Atlanta” with music by DJ Infamous. The near-capacity party crowd included a few more recognizable faces with “Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta” stars Erica Dixon and Estelita; producer Mr. Hanky; rapper Silentoand more coming out to celebrate the show’s new season.

This past weekend, Kawan “KP” Prather took over Miami Beach for the fourth annual Revolt Music Conference as a special guest panelist, judge and DJ. Hundreds of music lovers and aspiring artists gathered at the beautiful Eden Roc Hotel to learn key information from some of today’s leaders in music. KP kicked off the conference on Thursday as a guest judge for Revolt’s ‘Be Heard’ competition. KP auditioned dozens of performers, all hoping to make it through to the next level to win a slot on Revolt TV. Paxton, the winner of the competition, was one of KP’s artists he selected to advance to the next round.

Friday morning, KP was a special guest speaker on the ‘F* A&R I Can Do It All Myself!’ panel, in which the name alone drew a curious crowd. KP had the packed audience engaged from the moment the panel began. He, along with Brooklyn Johnny, Orlando Wharton and Ryan Press with Darrale Jones as the moderator, shared key insider advice that every aspiring artist should follow. KP shares, “When you look at the artists that are making the biggest impact today like Kendrick Lamar, SZA, 6LACK, Khalid and legends like Kanye and Jay Z, they all acknowledge that having a dope A&R is a key member to have on a winning team.”

Saturday KP switched gears from music Exec to DJ when he was selected as a special guest DJ for the Ciroc Hustle Pool Party at Eden Roc Hotel. KP warmed the crowd up for one of his long time friends and legendary artists he signed, Tip “T.I.” Harris, who took the stage next for a full Hustle Gang experience. “The RMC felt like a music business family reunion, where the statesmen & women share their stories and experiences with the young people, in hopes that it would help them navigate the journey a little bit easier and faster.
