JC & Calboy Enjoy The View At The Top On “Skyscrapin” Single

Singer/Songwriter JC and Chicago rap emblem Calboy connect on their new uplifting hustle banger “Skyscrapin.”

JC, who has worked with mainstream artists like Rick Ross, Future, and Zaytoven, originally began creating the track for his songwriting company No.2 Pencil Muzic LLC. His management team quickly intervened and maneuvered a connection with the “Envy Me” rapper for a feature.

Equipped with vibrant production from duo David Adams and Tony Rozay “Skyscrapin” delivers an energized personal mantra motivating listeners to elevate their grind to the highest levels as JC sings, “Ten toes down to come up/Clean but I came out the mud.”

“Skyscrapin” is the first follow-up release to JC’s 2019 The Living Room Chronicles, Vol. 1 project, with features from Eric Bellinger, and Derek Minor, among others.

Stream “Skyscrapin” below in addition to the full video, with cameos from JC himself and a helicopter pad cut-scene featuring Calboy, that premieres Friday (June 24), at 1PM PST.
