Los Angeles Emcee Menacin Johnson New Visual “Let’s Be Real”

Los Angeles emcee Menacin Johnson presents the Big Rif-directed music video for “Let’s Be Real” featuring Mo Shakray, a single from Growth Season, his new album produced entirely by Canadian beatsmith and emcee Moka Only, featuring guest appearances from DJ Ethos, Allen Casilla and Rain Bisou. The “Let’s Be Real” clip comes on the heels of visuals for previous Growth Season single “Crown.” Menacin’s Brand New Headsets 2 album featured A-Plus of Souls Of Mischief as well as Menacin’s fellow Project Blowed representer Abstract Rude, and his Stargate Aquarius album with producer Duke Westlake features Slimkid3, Frank Nitty and Pigeon John. Constantly touring, he has performed alongside Aceyalone of Freestyle Fellowship, Tre Hardson formerly of The Pharcyde, X-Clan and many more. “This song is about keeping it real while staying on the grind with lazer focus and putting all the love into music, toasting to the good life, and making sure the vibes are always up and positive when you’re rocking with my music,” Johnson says. “Straight to the point, straight from the soul, head-nodding to the beat type steez.”
