Illinois native Frederick Livingston, musically known as rick LiV, was born and raised in the Willowbrook Apartments just 20 minutes outside of Chicago. Thriving out of an impoverished neighborhood, rick LiV always kept himself in a different mindset, aiming to make a name for himself and healthily transition to his desired way of life. Now in his early twenties, rick LiV is dedicated and passionate about elevating his music career proudly as a full-time recording artist. His goal to be successful with his music has been a consistent goal since the age of 13. Initially influenced by his synesthetic ability to bring his senses to different parallels, rick LiV realized how well he could see sound, which sets his artistry apart from many others.
Connected to his music in a complex way, rick LiV encourages his listeners to visualize and connect his music to themselves in any way it makes them feel.
