
Suave The Don Releases New Visual For “Stories of the Hood”
EMPIRE / 510 Music Group signee, Suave The Don returns to the small screen with visuals for “Stories of the Hood.” Directed by Jack Trvdes & Haddawi, the HD clip for the Twan produced quick strike finds him detailing how too often friends become foes. When asked about what inspired him to create the track, Suave states “beefing with the same kids you grew up with is the story of every hood.”
Olajuwon Sutherland, known professionally as “Suave The Don,” is a rising NY rap act born and raised in Troy, New York. Growing up, Hip Hop played a huge part in his life, citing 50 Cent, Ludacris, Nelly and J Cole as early influences. In 2015, Suave dropped his first mixtape Knights Like These. Shortly after releasing his mixtape he was booked to perform at his first concert opening for Montana 300 in Clifton Park, NY. As his buzz and catalogue continued to grow he embarked on his first national tour as the opening act for Lil Uzi Vert.
