Louisville’s own The Homies dropped their new album It’s A Lot Going On. The project is featuring Louisville R&B sensation Marzz, Jace, and Australian artist Mason Dane. All four members of The Homies–Quiiso, Ace Pro, Shloob & 2forwOyNE–contribute to the project. The beautifully blends styles inspired by early 2000s Midwest rap, R&B, and house music marked by playful lyricism and easygoing melodies. The Homies new project comes in time and Private Garden collective co-founder Jack Harlow on the upcoming “Come Home The Kids Miss You Tour.”

The Homies Provide The Summertime Vibes in “Thirsty” Video

The Homies to hold it down with the summertime vibes! In the new “Thirsty” video, the 4-man indie Louisville rap group takes their talents to the beach as they play some games of volleyball with beautiful ladies and chill under the late night city skyline. Ace Pro, Shloob, Quiiso, and 2forwOyNE come through with their suave, silky smooth vocals, employing captivating melodies and harmonies on the track to woo their love interests. Directed by Ace Pro, the video has a breezy summer vibe, as The Homies play beach volleyball with a group of fine ladies. The Homies’ upcoming album It’s A Lot Going On, arriving August 19th.

The Homies To Join Jack Harlow on “Come Home The Kids Miss You Tour”

Creating their beats, rhymes, and videos in-house, there’s nothing that the Louisville rap collective The Homies can’t DIY. Today, the 4-man crew announces that they are joining Jack Harlow on the “Come Home The Kids Miss You Tour.” Also featuring support from the City Girls, the 26-date tour gives Ace Pro, 2forwOyNE, Shlobb, and Quiiso the chance to show off their performance chops in front of arena-sized audiences. The tour kicks off on September 5th in Cincinnati, just a few miles up the road from The Homies’ hometown. Tickets are available now. Tickets for the September 16th show in San Francisco go on sale on August 12th at 10am PT.

The tour announcement arrives ahead of  It’s A Lot Going On, The Homies’ next album. Created entirely by the four-man collective–beats, rhymes, vocals, and music videos–It’s A Lot Going On is home to “Shake,” which arrived with a Hype Williams-esque video, and the recent single “Thirsty,” which combines elements of two late ’00s rap cuts–using a sped-up sample of Drake’s “Houstatlantavegas” and vocals of Missy Elliott’s “Ching-A-Ling”–into a cohesive and incredibly catchy whole. It’s A Lot Going On arrives on August 19th.

This week in Louisville, The Homies present their annual Celebrity Kickball Tournament, raising money for Hosted by Private Garden, the creative collective founded by The Homies and Jack Harlow, the anticipated celebrity kickball tournament (presented by Planet Fitness) returns to Jim Patterson Stadium, the home of Louisville Cardinals baseball, on August 10th, 2022 from 6:00-9:30pm. The music of Louisville collective The Homies thrives on an infectious communal energy, radiating a love of creating art and standing up for their hometown. On August 10th, The Homies (Ace Pro2forwOyNEShloob & Quiiso) continue an annual tradition, bringing back their Celebrity Kickball Tournament to raise money for two Louisville-based community organizations: Norton’s Children’s Hospital and AMPED. Hosted by Private Garden, the creative collective founded by The Homies and Jack Harlow, the anticipated celebrity kickball tournament (presented by Planet Fitness) returns to Jim Patterson Stadium, the home of Louisville Cardinals baseball, on August 10th, 2022 from 6:00-9:30pm.

The event will be hosted by Taylor Rooks, and will feature four teams competing for kickball supremacy. The Homies, Jack Harlow, and Cole Bennett highlight the Private Garden team, comprised of Louisville native artists and others. Promising a new frontier for one of the NCAA’s firecest rivalries, the tourney fields the Louisville Legends, team of former Louisville Cardinals (like former NFL WRs Deion Branch and Harry Douglas, former NCAA standout Peyton Siva), also featuring Minnesota Timberwolves star and L’ville native D’Angelo Russell, who will square off against the Kentucky Legends, including former University of Kentucky ballers like Brandon KnightWillie Cauley-Stein, and more. The prohibitive favorite, however, is likely the Planet Fitness team, comprised of many members of the LouCity FC MLS squad, as well as other Louisvillains like former NFL DE Frostee Rucker and Miss KentuckyLizzy Neutz. The Homies Release Latest Project “Honest Living” Including Hits “Home Alone” and “White Lies” Featuring Jack Harlow

 Indie rap crew, The Homies, have just released their long anticipated project – “Honest Living“. The 10-song collection has only one feature from fellow Louisville native, Jack Harlow, on their latest hit “White Lies“. The Homies have quietly been climbing to the top of the indie music scene, with singles and visuals such as “Home Alone” and “The Come Down“, which they gave fans earlier this summer. Known for their own unique individualism, Honest Living embodies each personality flawlessly from Ace Pro’s creative vision, 2FoWoyne’s distinct production, and Shloob and Quiiso’s melodic flows.

Jack Harlow Teams Up With The Homies For New Single “White Lies” Ahead Of “Honest Living” Project Release

Indie rap collective, The Homies, team up with Grammy nominated rap artist, Jack Harlow, to deliver their latest single – “White Lies”. The track, produced by The Homies own 2foWoyne, seamlessly blends a smooth yet hard-hitting beat, while Harlow and The Homies deliver top tier bars showcasing their natural unique talent.

Popular hip-hop collective The Homies have just released a new playlist called “Home Alone“, on Spotify.
