Tapping into the classic $uicideboy$ sound, “Matte Black” hinges on a skittering 808-powered beat with Ruby da Cherry and $crim trading deft and dynamic verses in a seamlessly lyrical crossfire. The self-directed music video will be their first official video since 2018’s “FOR THE LAST TIME.”

$uicideboy$ Announce New Album and Arena Tour This Summer

 New Orleans duo $uicideboy$ have announced the upcoming release of their new album Sing Me A Lullaby My Sweet Temptation releasing via G*59 RECORDS on July 29. To celebrate the album release, the rap cousins (Ruby da Cherry and $crim) will embark on a 40-city nationwide Grey Day Tourthat kicks off in Chicago, IL at Huntington Bank Pavilion on August 2 with stops in Los Angeles at The Kia Forum, Seattle at The Climate Pledge Arena and wrapping in Denver at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. A full list of tour dates are below. Opening acts on the headlining tour include Ski Mask The Slump God, $not, JPEGMAFIA, Code Orange, Knocked Loose and Maxo Kream. The group will also perform at Bonnaroo and Rolling Loud in Toronto this Summer. Tickets go on sale Friday, June 10th at 10am local time HERE.

Additionally, the group will introduce a new single “Escape from BABYLON” from their highly-anticipated new album this Friday, June 10. Pre-Save the song HERE. The melodic track details the struggles of dating and how it pertains to their wild lifestyle. Ruby raps about the need for space and not wasting time in a relationship, while $crim unveils his flaws to his girl that leads her to loving him even more. Despite having infinite options it seems when it comes to choosing partners, the guys struggle like anyone else to navigate love and life.

$uicideboy$ Announce Tour Ahead of Upcoming Album “Long Terms Effects of Suffering”

G59 Records’ $uicideboy$ have announced the return of the widely popular Grey Day Tour as they prepare to hit the road with their labelmates as well as Chief KeefSlowthai, and Yung Gravy on the heels of their new album, Long Term Effects of SUFFERING which drops on August 13th.

Grey Day was postponed in 2020 due to the pandemic after selling over 150,000 tickets and selling out nearly every show in 2019. This year, the Boy$ are back with a vengeance as they set out on a 33-stop North American tour (international dates TBA, stay tuned) with G59-signees GermShakewellRamirezChetta, and Night Lovell. Also supporting the G59 roster will be hardcore punk act Turnstile as well as hip-hop staples Chief KeefYung Gravy, and Slowthai.
